For the busy mind seeking rest

Better Sleep

BluePrint

Imagine going to bed without worrying about whether you'll sleep tonight.

The Better Sleep Blueprint was created to help you understand why insomnia develops, what keeps it going, and how to break the cycle using evidence-based strategies rooted in CBT-I - the gold-standard treatment for chronic insomnia.

Welcome to The Better Sleep Blue Print, an evidence based, fast and effective course designed to reset your sleep naturally.

You'll learn how to:

Stay asleep through the night

Fall asleep more easily

Fall asleep more easily

Quiet an overactive mind

Wake feeling more rested

Whether the insomnia is driven by biological, psychological, or social factors, this course is meant to educate and help you redefine your relationship to sleep so that it can unfold naturally.

The course is for adults having trouble with their sleep - whether that's falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up earlier than desired.

What makes this course different

Trapped in a cycle of monitoring, worrying, and trying harder to sleep? This course helps rebuild confidence in your body's natural ability to sleep.

Teaches You How to Trust Sleep Again

You'll learn how to manage racing thoughts, nighttime anxiety, sleep pressure, physiological arousal, and conditioned wakefulness.

Addresses Both the Mind and the Body

No unrealistic routines. No spending two hours preparing for bed. The strategies are practical, flexible, and designed to fit into your busy lives.

Designed for Real Life

Instead of just telling you what to do, you'll learn why sleep becomes difficult and how to address the patterns that keep insomnia going.

Focused on the Root Causes of Poor Sleep

Rather than relying on hacks, supplements, or quick fixes, this course is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the most effective non-medication treatment for chronic sleep difficulties.

Based on CBT-I, the Gold Standard for Insomnia

Most sleep courses are built by coaches, influencers, or wellness brands. The Better Sleep BluePrint is grounded in the same evidence-based principles I use with patients in clinical practice. After two master's degrees and a PhD in Clinical Psychology, I have spent close to ten years in graduate education, hundreds of supervised hours, a board exam, and several years treating patients in order to package this information just for you.
